In our capacity as a strategic facilities planner we are often in possession of information about corporate restructure, relocation, rightsizing and organisational re-engineering that is very sensitive and highly commercially confidential. We can guarantee absolute confidentiality in all our dealings.
- The Spatial Concepts Project Director will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of the projects, including quality control, budget compilation and the timely location of your company to your preferred site.
- Our comprehensive reporting to clients on the project includes:
- Weekly Site Meeting Reports which will highlight all operational issues and the day-to-day logistics of the project.
- Weekly Project Management Team Meeting Reports, which will assess compliance with the project schedule and budget and include any change order analysis necessary.
- Fortnightly Status Reports, which will review the scope of works, confirm any contract variations or new works.
- End of Project Audit Report and defects resolution punchlist.
